Mr. Troy Asberry has been Managing Director (President) of Industrial at Scapa Group plc since December 2016. Mr. Asberry joined Scapa in April 2010 as Director of Sales, NA. Prior to joining Scapa, he served as the Vice President of Sales for Volex and previously held the role of Business Unit Manager for Distribution at Amphenol RF. He spent the early part of his career in operations, product engineering and sales at Sanmina-SCI, MEMC Inc. and Texas Instruments. He also spent 22 years as a commissioned officer in the Texas Army National Guard where he retired as a field grade officer. He has a MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, completed two courses at the Command and General Staff College of the United States Army and has 12 certification from Harvard Business School. Finally, Mr. Asberry is on the board of directors at two for profit companies and one non-profit organization.
Josh Heuser is Founder of AGAR. The AGAR is a GROWTH MEDIUM that leverages human experiences, event production, digital platforms, music, art and content design to strategically grow a brand’s culture.
Heuser’s experience owning and operating nightlife and entertainment venues inspired him to create AGAR. The experiential marketing firm serves a wide variety of Fortune 100 clients including Toyota Motor Company, Lexus, Procter & Gamble and U.S. Bank. Developing stand-out experiences that connect brands and their audiences in an authentic manner, with complete follow-through to create desired growth outcomes is the hallmark of AGAR.
AGAR works with clients around the country and globally as well as creates original community experiences including UBAHN, an underground hip-hop and EDM music festival, DangerWheel (Adult Big Wheel racing) and BLINK light and art festival which drew over a 1 million visitors over a four day period. In their Cincinnati headquarters market, Heuser serves on the Over-the-Rhine Chamber of Commerce board of directors, Northern Kentucky University Alumni Board of Directors and the Flying Pig Marathon board of directors. His interest in historic buildings, led to the renovation and development of a 149-year-old Gothic church which he operates as an event and entertainment center branded The Transept.
